[Music] Toyota leaves General Motors in the dust for the first time ever the Japanese automaker outsold GM in the first three months of this year the results put GM's title as world's top automaker in Jeopardy and keep your eye on amazon.com stock after the closing bell the online retailer reported profits doubled last quarter easily blowing past wall Street's estimates on Wall Street strong earnings helped the Dow get back on the road to 13,000 the DOW Industrials rallying 34 points now 47 points shy of that Milestone the NASDAQ Composite barely up a point no signs yet of a recovery in the housing market home resales Nationwide plunged about 8 and a half% last month that's the biggest drop in 18 years the National Association of Realtors blames that drop in sales on poor weather good news for Vonage and its customers a federal Appeals Court ruled the internet phone company can continue to sign up new customers while it fights a patent suit brought on by Verizon and that's your money watch click on cbsnews.com for more in New York I'm Alexis christopherus
