Dow within 100 points of 14,000; earnings week ahead

[Music] the DOW Industrials may be headed for another Milestone the Blue Chips sit less than 100 points away from the 14,000 mark this week investors will be focused on inflation with the latest figures on consumer and producer prices investors will also be looking for signs that inflation is easing that could lead the FED to cut interest rates and we'll get a look at new home construction figures and building permits on Wall Street Friday the Bulls led the Dow and the S&P 500 further into record territory the Dow climbed 45 points to a new all-time high of 13,978 really picks up steam this week with reports from Big names including Coca-Cola Intel Yahoo and Google and the oil pits will also be in the spotlight crude oil cracked $74 a barrel Friday before easing a bit the shutdown of a pipeline in the North Sea raised concerns about Supply disruptions well the iPhone is a hit at least with those early buyers a new survey found 90% of owners are extremely or very satisfied with their iPhone and 85% say they're extremely or very likely to recommend it to others still there is room for improvement especially when it comes to price the $500 and $600 price tags ranked as the number one reason customers interested in the iPhone didn't buy one and that's your money watch log on to CB BS news.com for more in New York I'm Alexis christopherus
