[Music] Wall Street will be focused on oil prices today crude closed over a $100 a barrel Tuesday for the first time ever Traders fear that OPEC will cut output next month which would put the squeeze on gas prices just in time for the spring driving season a weekend Refinery fire in Texas also drove prices higher while those surging oil prices cut a Wall Street rally short Tuesday the Dow gave back a triple digit gain to close 11 points lower the NASDAQ dipped 15 but the tech heavy NASDAQ could get a boost today courtesy of huet Packard the PC and printer maker said quarterly earnings beat expectations had also upped its profit outlook for this quarter investors will also be focused on inflation as we get the latest look at how much consumer Prices rose in the month of January and home builders are gaining some confidence in the market but just a little the industry's home builders index ticked higher in Fe February experts say falling prices have brought potential buyers back into the market giving home builders some hope and most American workers aren't ready for retirement a new report finds that 61% of households are at risk of being unable to live the way they would like and pay for health care after they retire just adding to the worries health care costs are increasing far faster than wages and that's your money watch be sure to click on cbsnews.com for the latest business headlines in New York I'm Alexis christopherus
