REIMAGINE 2 (Buse et al, Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol 2026, n=2728) is the dedicated CagriSema-in-T2D Phase 3: HbA1c -1.8% at week 68 (treatment-regimen estimand) at the 2.4/2.4 mg dose, vs semaglutide 2.4 mg -1.68% and placebo -0.62%. Novo's press headline of -1.91% is the trial-product (efficacy) estimand. (The earlier seeded -2.2% was from the obesity+T2D REDEFINE-2 (NEJM 2025, NEJMoa2502082) and was too high for the T2D population.) REIMAGINE 1 / 3 cover monotherapy and basal-insulin add-on.
