TRANSCEND-T2D-1 (Lancet 2026), the Phase 3 T2D readout: 12 mg HbA1c -1.94% at week 40 (treatment-regimen estimand), 9 mg -1.86%, 4 mg -1.69%; 89% of the 12 mg arm reached HbA1c <=6.5%. (The earlier seeded -2.02% was the Phase 2 efficacy-estimand figure from Rosenstock Lancet 2023.) The triple agonist also leads on weight loss (see /obesity/).
