Efficacy and tolerability #

Values are drawn from separate trials that differ in design, duration, and population, so this is a cross-trial picture rather than a head-to-head comparison; open markers flag drugs whose discontinuation rate is not directly comparable. The one direct head-to-head to date is SURMOUNT-5 (tirzepatide -20.2% vs semaglutide -13.7% at 72 weeks).
