SLIMMER (NCT05813795, Lancet Diabetes Endocrinol 2025): PEER-REVIEWED Ph3, n=664 Chinese adults without diabetes, 1.2/1.8/2.4 mg SC weekly vs placebo. Primary is WEEK 40, treatment-policy estimand: 2.4 mg -13.2% (placebo +0.1%, placebo-adjusted -13.3%); efficacy estimand not reported. AE-led disc ~2.0% pooled (per-dose not given). 40 wk is well short of the 68-72 wk STEP/SURMOUNT pivotals, so the depth is not directly comparable (curve had not plateaued). Sponsor Sciwind is PRIVATE (IPO pending). cAMP-biased single GLP-1. Also NMPA-approved (T2D first, then chronic weight management). A widely quoted '15.4% at week 48' figure is a non-primary completer framing - not used.
