Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This site is a personal financial-analysis project. It is designed to collect as little personal data as possible. This page explains what is collected, why, and the choices you have.

Analytics

Pages record anonymous, aggregate view counts using a first-party measurement request. This does not set cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a personal profile. It captures which pages are viewed, not who viewed them.

Server Logs

The hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs (IP address, browser user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp) for security and reliability. These logs are retained for a limited period and are not used to identify individual visitors.

Google Reader Revenue Manager

Article pages include Google's Reader Revenue Manager, which may display reader prompts (such as newsletter or contribution requests) and, when active, may set cookies or process data on Google's behalf. This processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Advertising

This site does not run third-party advertising networks and does not sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.

Email You Send Us

If you contact the site through the contact page, your message and email address are used only to respond to you. They are not added to any marketing list.

Your Rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. Because this site deliberately collects almost no personal data, in most cases there is nothing to retrieve or erase. To make a request, use the contact page.

Children

This site is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
